Rolling the gut area over a semi soft piece of equipment preferably foam roller or a smash ball.

Do this on an empty stomach
~ Roll to n fro to the sides of the abdominal lining where the hip flexors are placed. Min of 60-90 sec
~ Also roll in circles – clockwise and anticlockwise to relax the entire gut
~ Facing a postural issue like anterior pelvic tilt/large curvature of the lumbar spine? Hold the roller/ball at the lower abdomen area and breathe deep. You will feel a deep sense of lightness and relaxation. Do this for a min of 60 sec.
~ Release/relax/loosen tight muscles – abdominals and the hip flexors
~ Release tension in the organs mainly stomach and intestines
~ Improve digestion
~ Relax your entire body
~ contract your muscles efficiently
~ Let the juices flow
