Breakfast shake is the most easiest and fastest means to get in all your nutrition in the morning.
Ingredients – milk, instant oats, honey
Recipe – Do this right after waking up.
Mix all three of the above and shake well into a blended mixture.
Keep it for marination in the refrigerator or outside depending on how u like it to be. Carry on with your morning chores.
After 10-15 min pick it up and drink it. Once marinated, it’ll become a perfect paste, soft n easy to digest oats.
Plus it will taste like heaven with that honey in it.
Contains no processed shit, very healthy and satisfying meal. Depending on what honey and milk you use you can enhance the quality of this shake.
