The Perfect Home gym and why you don’t need machines to train your body

Your gym doesn’t have to be too complicated with stacks of cables, pulleys and machines…. ▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️ -Beginners who train using machines primarily get their bodies to break into body parts. ▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️ -Commercial gyms make you start your training using machines because large compound movements involve the entire body and not many trainers are proficient in teaching the proper form on these moves ▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️ -The body cannot fire as one whole unit. Because during training whole body is at rest while one part moves. ▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️ -As beginners, people need to build the efficiency of their nervous systems and heavy compound moves build exactly that giving you long term strength benefits. ▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️ -There’s a place for machines for advanced trainees but for beginners and intermediate trainees where 90% of the people belong. ▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️ -The basic compound movements like #pushup #pullup #deadlifts #squat #benchpress #dips #rows #lunges work the entire body as a whole thereby recruiting more muscles and working the core. ▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️- Keep it simple, focus on movements rather than body parts. Build a solid base of strength before moving on to performance or vanity. ▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️ Essentials of a home gym: 1. Power rack with chin up and dip bars installed. 2. Olympic barbell with weight plates. 3. #decathlon resistance bands (all three levels – mini band to heavy band). 4. #trx suspension trainer. 5. Multi angled bench. 6. Foam roller and tennis ball for massage/#smr and restoration. 7.Rubber floor mats to hold em all together
